The candidate will optimize ERP usage, drive process improvements, and translate financial data into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate has controller-level manufacturing experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and a track record of partnering with executive

Qualifications

• Requires manufacturing controller-level experience and strong GAAP knowledge.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to leverage ERP functionality for automated reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting across two subsidiaries.
• Oversee and mentor a six-person accounting team.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and performance analysis.
• Maintain internal controls, GAAP compliance, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage cash, banking relationships, lines of credit, and related compliance.
• Coordinate with external firms on tax matters and compile financial information.
• Administer and optimize ERP and accounting systems to reduce manual processes.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Communicate financial information and recommendations to ownership.
• Drive business planning, efficiency initiatives, and financial strategies.
• Conduct financial reviews and due diligence for acquisitions as needed.
