The ideal candidate has a strong full-cycle accounting background, cost accounting experience, and the ability to build processes, strengthen controls, and drive profitability through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Strong full-cycle accounting background.
• Experience in a cost accounting environment.
• Ability to lead a team and partner with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of two accounting professionals.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across six operating brands.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and executive reporting.
• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting in ERP.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, banking, and day-to-day financial operations.
• Analyze job costing and profitability to improve margins and business performance.
• Partner with production and estimating to strengthen costing and reporting.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee audits, tax coordination, and external CPA relationships.
• Partner with ownership to support growth, profitability, and strategic decisions.
