• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong financial reporting and month-end close
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost analysis.
• Track, audit, and report capital expenditures.
• Support ERP implementations and finance system optimization.
• Collaborate with operations and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
