Summary

Provides administrative support for Plant Manager and Staff. Functions as plant purchasing agent. Handles sensitive and/or confidential details. Serves as a liaison at all levels of authority by telephone and personal contact. Makes routine decisions based on established guidelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provides administrative support for Plant Manager and other managers.
  2. Prepares correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents, including editing, proofreading, and formatting. Compiles and completes periodic reports and research projects. Assists with department communications, mailings, and backups.
  3. Coordinates travel, lodging, ground transportation, and prepares expense reports.
  4. Plans and schedules meetings and conference calls, takes notes, and provides minutes.
  5. Organizes schedules and maintains calendar appointments.
  6. Coordinates and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Handles departmental filing, copying, faxing, and mail distribution.
  8. Maintains inventory of office supplies.
  9. Acts as Purchaser for the plant.
  10. Prepares invoices for A/P processing and monitors departmental budgets.
  11. Performs duties specific to assigned functional area.
  12. Runs errands and hosts duties as needed.
  13. Answers phone switchboard.
  14. Acts as visitor receptionist and hospitality representative.

Requires excellent attendance, ability to work independently, and satisfactory performance of essential duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay Range: $38,480.00 - $48,100.00.
