Job summary

CFS is seeking aController to join our team in the United States, reporting to executive leadership and partnering with the CFO and VP of Finance. The role oversees inventory accounting, month-end close, and staff supervision while driving financial insights across operations.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing accounting experience, a strong audit/tax background, and a CPA or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree required; Sage ERP experience preferred.

• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Strong audit and tax preparation background.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Sage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and tax preparation processes, partnering with external firms.
• Oversee inventory accounting and support operational teams with financial insights.
• Manage the month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Supervise Assistant Controller and accounting/admin staff.
• Collaborate with yard managers and leadership to analyze and communicate financial performance.
