Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA credential required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong US GAAP and cost accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variances.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve margins and productivity.
• Maintain internal controls and oversee audits and compliance.
• Coach and develop the accounting team and drive automation/analytics.
