Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA and/or master's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5+ years in accounting or finance.
• Manufacturing experience and people leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting for multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee GL, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate external audits and strengthen internal controls.
• Analyze production costs, labor, and overhead to identify efficiencies.
• Partner with operations to improve cost control and reduce waste.
