Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years in a Controller or similar leadership role.
• Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial analyses.
• Lead audits and manage relationships with external auditors.
