Job summary

ABBA Roller, located in Ontario, California, seeks a Controller to oversee accounting operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting. You will manage A/R/A/P/G/L, inventories, and revenue recognition while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audits.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in accounting and 5+ years in a Controller role within manufacturing, with strong ERP and Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in accounting.
• Minimum 5 years as a Controller or equivalent, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations including A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
• Oversee monthly accounting close process with analytical review of results.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for decision making.
• Coordinate tax filings and statutory reporting with internal and external advisors.
• Support external audit and internal controls improvements.
