Job summary

NOW CFO is expanding its Tulsa team and seeks an experienced Controller Consultant with a strong manufacturing background and hands-on Sage Intacct experience. You will partner with client leadership to strengthen financial operations, from GAAP reporting to strategic guidance, helping leaders understand numbers for better decisions.

As a full-time W-2 employee, you will work across client sites in the Tulsa metro area, leading close processes and implementing internal controls while advising on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior Controller-level experience is required.
• Sage Intacct experience is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Nonprofit industry experience is preferred.
• QuickBooks Online experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge are essential.
• Excellent communication and client-service mindset are required.
• Willingness to commute to different client sites in the Tulsa metro area.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting and financial reporting function for client engagements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management support.
• Guide clients on GAAP compliance and best practices.
• Improve financial performance and clean up legacy issues.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to client leadership.
