Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar senior accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial close software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and publish financial statements ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the annual budget process and financial forecasting.
• Develop and implement internal controls and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure readiness for audits.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
