Job summary

NOW CFO is expanding its Tulsa team and seeks an experienced Controller Consultant with a strong manufacturing background and hands-on Sage Intacct experience.

You will lead client engagements, own accounting and reporting functions, drive month-end closes, develop internal controls, and provide GAAP-compliant guidance to executives across industries. This a full-time hybrid role serving multiple clients in the Tulsa metro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior Controller-level experience.
• Sage Intacct experience is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Nonprofit industry experience is preferred.
• QuickBooks Online experience is preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and technical accounting depth.
• Excellent communication skills and a client service mindset.
• Willingness to commute to different client sites in the Tulsa metro area.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting and financial reporting function for client engagements.

• Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and risk management support.

Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 annually

Our Consultants are full-time W-2 employees. You'll work with a variety of clients across industries, get exposure to different systems and business models, and never get stuck in the routine of a single seat.

About the Role

We're expanding our Tulsa team and looking for an experienced Controller Consultant with a strong manufacturing background and hands on Sage Intacct experience. You'll partner with our clients to strengthen their financial operations, from GAAP compliant reporting to strategic financial guidance, and help business leaders understand what their numbers are telling them so they can make better decisions.
