Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Consulting Principal - Manufacturing to lead end-to-end engagements at the intersection of business and technology for manufacturing clients. You will drive transformation across the value chain, grow the consulting footprint, and collaborate with cross-functional Cognizant teams.

You will lead engagements, sell and deliver solutions, manage client relationships, and mentor teams while shaping AI-led strategies for industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Established track record of selling and delivering consulting engagements with excellent customer-facing capabilities.
• Extensive experience working in the manufacturing segment.
• Strong program management expertise.
• Demonstrated ability to understand technology and architecture imperatives for consulting and IT transformation deals.
• Experience working with C-level executives at client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across strategy, operating model transformation, process optimization, and digital initiatives in manufacturing.
• Sell, lead, and deliver consulting engagements while influencing senior executives and managing client relationships.
• Provide strong program management, collaborating with clients and Cognizant teams to deliver process improvements and achieve client objectives.
• Drive AI-led discussions and workshops, helping manufacturing clients navigate AI with tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, driving thought leadership through white papers and workshops.
