Job summary

NYCOA is seeking highly motivated Manufacturing/Compounding Operators to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire. Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Schedule: Full-time, night shift.

Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Compensation includes starting wage of $21.60/hour rising to $23.22/hour after training, plus $1.50 night shift differential, along with

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to operate machinery per procedures.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor visual quality of product.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems; notify supervisor/maintenance if needed.
• Segregate/rework nonconforming product with QC and supervision input.
• Record all required data accurately and timely.
• Execute instructions from log books and manufacturing orders, including changeovers and equipment operation.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Work with minimal supervision in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:

• Starting wage:$21.60 per hour, increasing to $23.22 once fully trained, plus $1.50 night shift differential

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constantlymonitorvisualquality ofproduct.

• Troubleshoot & correct any problems. Notify Supervisor/maintenance if support is needed.

• Segregate/rework nonconforming product usingacquiredknowledge & experience, as well as input from QC and Supervision as needed.

• Record all required related data accurately and ona timelybasis.

• Execute written instructions/proceduresfromlog books, manufacturing orders, etc. including product changeovers, operation of all machinery & equipment as well as priorities and scheduling information.

• Follow good housekeeping procedures andmaintaina safe working environment.

• Able to work with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalentrequired.

• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing ordirectly relatedfieldpreferred.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Able to lift 50pounds, stand forlong periodsof time, able to climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in afast paceenvironment.

• Able tooperatemotorizedforklift and hand lift.

• Excellent communication skillsand the ability to read and write English.
