Job summary

NYCOA in Manchester, NH is seeking Manufacturing/Compounding Operators to join our team. You will monitor product quality, troubleshoot issues, and operate equipment in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Night shift is available with competitive wages and benefits after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Able to operate motorized forklift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor visual quality of product.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems; notify Supervisor/maintenance as needed.
• Segregate/rework nonconforming product with input from QC/Supervision.
• Record all required data accurately and timely.
• Follow procedures from log books and manufacturing orders, including changeovers and scheduling.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
• Work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.

Job description

NYCOA is seeking highly motivated Manufacturing/Compounding Operators to join their team in Manchester, New Hampshire. Successful candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Compensation/Benefits

• Starting wage: $21.60 per hour, increasing to $23.22 once fully trained, plus $1.50 night shift differential

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor visual quality of product.
• Troubleshoot & correct any problems. Notify Supervisor/maintenance if support is needed.
• Segregate/rework nonconforming product using acquired knowledge & experience, as well as input from QC and Supervision as needed.
• Record all required related data accurately and on a timely basis.
• Execute written instructions/procedures from log books, manufacturing orders, etc. including product changeovers, operation of all machinery & equipment as well as priorities and scheduling information.
• Follow good housekeeping procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, able to climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in a fast pace environment.

Schedule:

Full-time, night shift.

Night Shift:

Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
