Job summary

NYCOA is seeking a highly motivated Machine Operator to join their Manchester, NH team. You will run machinery while monitoring visual quality and troubleshoot as needed. The role emphasizes staying safe and following procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $22.52/hour with increases to $26.34/hour after training; night shift adds a $1.50 differential. Excellent benefits after 90 days and 401(k) eligibility after six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing or related field strongly preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to lift 55 pounds, stand for long periods, climb stairs, withstand repetitive movement and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to operate a motorized forklift and hand lift.
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

NYCOA is seeking a highly motivated Machine Operator to join their team in Manchester, NH. As a Machine Operator, you will run machinery while constantly monitoring the visual quality of the product. Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be crucial.

Schedule

Job Type: Full-time, Day or Night Shift. This position is on 2-week rotations. Operators have 5 days off every other week.

Day Schedule

Week 1: Wed. Thurs, 7 AM to 7 PM (24 hours regular pay)

Week 2: M, T, F, S Sun 7 AM to 7 PM (40hours regular pay and 20 OT pay)

Night Schedule

Week 1: Wed. Thurs, 7 PM to 7 AM (24 hours regular pay)

Week 2: M, T, F, S Sun 7 PM to 7 AM (40 hours regular pay and 20 OT pay)

Compensation / Benefits

The starting wage is $22.52 per hour. Once fully trained, the wage increases to $26.34 per hour. Night shift has a $1.50 shift differential.
