Responsibilities

• Perform chemical and mechanical testing of finished products supporting Operations and R&D activities.
• Log data into the Quality system & releasing product.
• Record effluent readings and send daily emails to the City of Manchester.
• Collect samples for any non-standard quality testing (product hold, customer issues, etc.)
• Input quality data into the quality system and release incoming raw materials
• Support R&D activities on an as-needed basis.
• Perform some equipment calibrations.
• Maintain a safe, clean lab space.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

NYCOA seeks bright, detail-oriented, and highly organized Quality Control Technicians for their night-shift team in Manchester, New Hampshire. Lab Technicians will follow all quality control procedures for inspecting incoming raw materials and testing of finished products. The successful candidate will be familiar with laboratory work, comfortable with multitasking and have a solid understanding of quality concepts.

Compensation/Benefits

The starting wage is $22.60 per hour plus a $1.50 night shift differential. Additional levels of lab technician training are available. Upon completion of additional trainings, base wages increase to $24.33 per hour (plus shift differential).

This Role Is Offering Training And Retention Incentives

• $500 bonus upon completion of first round of training
• $1,000 bonus at 6 months of employment
• $1,000 bonus at 1 year of employment

SCHEDULE: Night Shift

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This position follows a rotating schedule, providing employees with 5 days off every other week:

• Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday, 7 PM to 7 AM (24 hours regular pay)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7 PM to 7 AM (40 hours regular pay + 20 hours overtime pay)
