Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for the Manufacturing vertical to lead client interfaces within the assigned account. You will work with Senior Managers to build the account plan and manage client relationships, with accountability for a $30M-$40M+ portfolio and end-to-end opportunity management.

The role emphasizes client delivery assurance, governance, and proposal leadership while collaborating across delivery teams to fulfill commitments and drive growth within the manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; 11+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship/account management.
• Experience in sales, account management, and P/L management.
• Manufacturing industry/vertical experience is a plus.
• Track record of interacting with CXO level client contacts and leading proposals.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in IT/consulting engagements and ability to manage multi-location portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development to grow portfolio to $30M-$40M+.
• Own opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill client commitments.
• Create account plans, governance, and pricing decisions.
