Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Maintenance Clean-up Person to maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility, supporting efficient and safe operations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and committed to upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety, including lifting up to 50 lbs as needed and following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine cleaning in a manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy objects safely.
• Strong attendance, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and sanitary manufacturing environment.
• Remove debris, waste, and leftover materials from production areas promptly.
• Dispose of waste in designated containers and follow proper disposal procedures.
• Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and work areas according to established protocols.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to the maintenance team.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors in production areas to prevent slip and trip hazards.
