Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking aMaintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on all equipment per work orders and group leader directions. The role involves cleaning, replacing parts, and testing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across various production lines.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety policies, dismantling and repairing equipment, reading mechanical drawings, and collaborating with a team to improve reliability.

Qualifications

• AAS in related field is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance role.
• Proficient in mathematics.
• Very good mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of PLCs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Fin Press operation a plus.
• Basic industrial electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and property protection policies.
• Dismantle, repair, install manufacturing equipment.
• Operate Band Saws, Lathes, Drill Press, and Welders.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements and/or repair methods for equipment.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Perform repairs on electronically controlled equipment, gauges, hoists, etc.
