Job summary

Clean Control is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on our manufacturing equipment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience, forklift proficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

Uniforms are provided after 90 days, and the role includes benefits such as health, dental, life, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Forklift experience, both to drive and to do basic repairs.
• Basic hand tools required.
• Previous PLC experience preferred.
• Candidates must pass a background check, drug screen, and a written maintenance skills test.

Responsibilities

• Provide unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform maintenance.
• Maintain facilities.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Comply with OSHA safety and health rules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance Technician:
• Provides unscheduled repairs and preventative maintenance of equipment.
• Performs mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
• Maintains facilities.
• Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Complies with OSHA Safety and health rules.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years\' experience in maintenance, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
• Must have electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic experience.
• Must have forklift experience, both to drive and to do basic repairs.
• Must have basic hand tools used to perform duties.
• Previous PLC Experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good attendance.
• Ability to take instruction and work independently.
• CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND AND A DRUG SCREEN AS WELL AS A WRITTEN BASIC SKILLS MAINTENANCE TEST.
