Job summary

This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, R&D and Engineering to develop standard work, reduce process variation, and build sustainable systems that elevate overall plant performance while developing people’s problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or CI experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods; Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI & Six Sigma initiatives focused on OEE, cost, yield, and throughput.
• Develop a pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned with plant goals; apply Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Provide daily technical support to production and maintenance teams; troubleshoot process, product, and equipment issues.
• Coach operations and maintenance on CI techniques; develop standard work and sustain improvements.
• Utilize OEE and performance metrics; conduct time studies and process evaluations.
