Qualifications

• Experience in staffing forecasting and large hiring initiatives.
• Data analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and plans to meet business goals for staffing and sourcing.
• Coordinate analysis with partners to validate results and long-range goals.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.
• Identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation and gain leadership approval.
• Provide direction for work authorization and status tracking.
• Provide data as per management system to maintain program status.
• Coach and guide junior staff.
