Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
• At least one year in a leadership role OR completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.
• Technical knowledge in Structures, Propulsion Structures, or Propulsion Systems.
• Ability to communicate with technical personnel across areas to evaluate information impacting design and production.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a US Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in Production Engineering.
• Develop and execute project and process plans, policies, and goals.
• Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Develop relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manage, develop and motivate employees.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to enable floor-level production and assembly.
