Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager to drive change management and project execution at our Lighthouse facilities. You will lead adoption of new processes and technologies, guiding teams through improvement initiatives and sharing learnings across the organization.

The role requires strong problem solving, manufacturing process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with HQ teams, plant SMEs, and OEMs. Expect 10%–20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Experience leading people and projects for process changes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with plant SMEs, HQ teams, and OEMs to drive capital project adoption.
• Analyze performance data to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate change management for new processes and tech integrations.
• Create communications plans to inform staff about upcoming changes.
• Provide training and support to manufacturing teams on new processes.
• Support sister facilities during adoption of new processes and initiatives.
• Monitor Lighthouse initiatives across facilities and share lessons learned.
• Travel expected 10%–20%.
