Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Manufacturing Change Control Manager to lead change control activities in a fully on-site Newark, DE role. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure compliant, efficient change implementation.

The role emphasizes governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing setting. Strong PLM experience and leadership are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in manufacturing, quality, or technical operations within a regulated environment.
• Experience owning change controls and working with PLM tools.
• Knowledge of change control processes and ISO9001:2015 requirements.
• Experience with Agile and/or Oracle PLM programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the manufacturing change control system with compliance to ISO9001:2015 procedures.
• Establish governance for change initiation, impact assessment, approval, implementation, and closure.
• Ensure changes are risk-assessed and aligned with quality, safety, and supply continuity.
• Serve as SME for change control during internal and external audits.
• Coordinate cross-functional change boards and BOM/drawing updates.
