Job summary

Bloom Energy Corporation in Newark, DE is seeking a Manufacturing Change Control Manager to own the change control system, ensure ISO9001:2015 compliance, and guide risk-based change initiatives across production. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Operations; lead audits, drive CAPAs, and manage BOM/document updates while mentoring a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
• 5–8+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or technical operations within a regulated environment.
• Experience managing or owning change controls and working with PLM tools (Oracle PLM preferred).
• Experience with Agile and/or Oracle PLM programs preferred.
• Lean, Six Sigma or quality-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the manufacturing change control system, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, Quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Technical Operations to schedule deviation runs and ensure readiness.
• Lead responses to audit observations related to change control and manufacturing changes.
• Plan and coordinate engineering change implementation in production: cut-in/cut-over, dates, line trials, training, and document updates.
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPA initiatives, and governance of change control boards.
