Job summary

Bloom Energy in Newark, Delaware seeks a Manufacturing Facilities Senior Manager to lead our on-site production and warehouse infrastructure, safety systems, and budgets. This role reports to the Senior Director, Worldwide Facilities and requires hands-on leadership of maintenance staff and contractors.

You will drive maintenance activities, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, and partner with engineering to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years facilities management experience.
• Project management.
• Prior experience within manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance for facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air).
• Ensure all equipment and building systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety standards, building codes, and industrial regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Develop and manage departmental budgets; source and manage vendor contracts.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with third-party contractors.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to optimize workflow and plan upgrades.
