Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for our CAAS group with Manufacturing industry experience, based in Milwaukee or Racine, WI. You will lead financial strategy, budgeting, and client engagements as part of our accounting services team.

In this role you will drive capital planning, KPI analysis, and risk management, while building strong client relationships and guiding financial policy with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant accounting/financial experience required.
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred.
• Prior project management and client management experience preferred.
• Comfortable in fast paced environment and skilled in multitasking.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client's accounting services team.
• Identify and implement best practices to add value to the client.
• Set financial policy and drive overall strategy with clients.
• Lead capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Oversee budgeting, financial administration, and cost management.
• Monitor budgets and present operational metrics.
• Coordinate audits and ensure proper financial record keeping.
• Build strong client relationships and become a thought leader in the industry.
