Job summary

CLA exists to create opportunities. CLA is hiring a Chief Financial Officer with Manufacturing industry experience for our CAAS group based in Milwaukee or Racine, WI. The CFO will perform CFO functions, set financial policy, and drive strategy for client engagements.

Join a national firm with a strong client focus, lead budgeting and forecasting, oversee cash flow, and coordinate audits. Travel to client sites and frequent local travel are expected, with in-office work core to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Perform CFO functions as part of the client’s accounting services team.
• Set financial policy and drive overall strategy with clients.
• Lead capital planning, risk management, KPI analysis, and board interactions.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for multiple engagements.
• Build client relationships and expand external business networks.
