Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an assembly/operator to run One Piece Flow machines, sample products, and inspect for defects. You will perform documentation, SPC monitoring, and material handling while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating presses, guiding less experienced operators, and coordinating with Quality and Production teams to ensure smooth throughput on first and second shifts in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment testing.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Acute attention to detail and good communication.
• Proficient in West's Shop Floor and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate One Piece Flow Machine; collect samples and inspect for defects.
• Complete documentation per SOIs and WIs.
• Perform sampling inspections with measuring equipment per procedures.
• Operate presses and assembly machines; remove defective seals to prevent jams.
• Enter product dimensions and monitor SPC charts for specifications.
• Provide paperwork to assembly floor for the next order.
