Job summary

Closure Systems International, Inc. in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Operator to support molding, finishing and packaging processes, ensure quality, and follow safety and GMP guidelines.

The role focuses on equipment setup and monitoring, solving line problems, recording process parameters, and training on procedures to ensure safe, efficient operations on the shop floor. You will collect KPI data and participate in daily team meetings to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to read/understand basic math, blueprints, and SPC.
• Must be trained in and understand safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor molding, finishing and packaging equipment.
• Locate and correct problems to prevent line backups.
• Analyze productivity issues with manufacturing support team and implement solutions.
• Prepare, train and ensure adherence to equipment/work instructions.
