Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment testing.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Detail-oriented with good communication.
• Proficient in West’s Shop Floor applications and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly and press machines and follow SOPs.
• Perform sampling inspections and use measuring equipment.
• Maintain SPC charts and logbook entries.
• Support Lean Sigma and QA with batch records.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance.
