As the Manufacturing Cell Leader, you will lead a team of hourly machinists and represented employees in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving daily production execution, meeting safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This is a frontline manufacturing leadership role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced operation, enjoys developing people, and can balance production execution with employee engagement in a unionized environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams including quality, engineering, maintenance, HR, and labor relations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
The base pay range for this position is $100,050 to $140,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 15, 2026.
