Responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders in SAP or Vantage (40%).
• Issue RFQs to support purchasing activities (20%).
• Review supply schedules to maintain material availability (10%).
• Maintain monthly purchasing reports and documentation (10%).
• Research and evaluate new suppliers and sourcing opportunities (5%).
• Communicate purchases to stakeholders (10%).
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies (5%).
