Job summary

NXA in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an OTS Buyer to join a leading Northwest Arkansas manufacturing facility. You will drive supplier negotiations, manage inventories, and coordinate replenishments to support operations. Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate best value with suppliers/vendors.
• Help qualify and select vendors.
• Analyze usage and provide recommendations.
• Maintain Min and Max numbers on all Raw Materials.
• Maintain Min and Max on all Consumables and Shop Supplies.
• Maintain Min and Max on all Parts Sales Stock Items.
• Purchase jobs in counterpart and place replenishment orders in the system.
• Help maintain accuracy of all inventory databases.
• Ensure all POs have correct coding.
• Establish accurate and maintainable inventory cycle count system.
• Monitor Counterpart for new jobs/items released.
• Other duties as assigned.
