Job summary

NEXXTA, a U.S.-based manufacturing partner, seeks a Buyer to procure all purchases, ensure on-time deliveries, and resolve supplier issues. You will maintain communications cross-functionally and drive process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Under Purchasing Director, you will issue POs, coordinate material pickups, manage documentation, and monitor supplier performance to prevent production delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related coursework required.
• APICS certification strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and track until material is received.
• Coordinate material pickups from suppliers.
• Ensure delivery dates are met and communicate delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Participate in inventory and planning meetings.
• Support continuous improvement in procurement processes.
