ResourceMFG is seeking a Business Development Manager in West Valley City, UT to expand our manufacturing staffing solutions. You will drive new business through field prospecting and active account management, building strong relationships with warehouse and supply chain leaders.

Ideal candidates bring staffing sales experience, comfort with LinkedIn/ZoomInfo/Salesforce, and a solid understanding of logistics KPIs. This role offers base salary plus commission and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience required and a proven track record in sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in logistics-focused manufacturing staffing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through 70% field prospecting and 30% account management.
• Build relationships with warehouse managers, distribution leaders, and supply chain teams.
• Use LinkedIn, social selling, and field outreach to grow the customer base.
• Identify client needs such as peak-season demands, throughput challenges, and labor shortages.
• Provide logistics-minded, productivity-focused workforce solutions.
• Acquire new logos and expand presence in the logistics market.
