Meet with internal/external customers to understand business processes, gather requirements and build and present use cases and user stories for business and technology issues.

Apply experience of respective functional area to system analysis and design areas for large scale and complex systems.

Act as a business interface providing vertical domain expertise. Analyze problem areas and postulate feasible solutions.

Develop functional specifications and conversion strategy documents. Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross‑functional requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years plus of relevant experience.
• Domain expertise in Manufacturing (IoT experience is a plus) or Finance or Telecom Vertical.
