Job summary

Lamons in Joliet, IL seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch’s business, manufacturing operations, and customer relationships. You will drive profitability, safety, and continuous improvement while reporting to corporate leadership.

You will develop strategies to grow sales, manage budgets, and mentor staff, with responsibilities spanning production, quality, and logistics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Required: seven years of progressive sales experience.
• Required: three years of leadership or management experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred: experience as Branch Manager; ISO 9001 quality mgmt systems; experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the branch aligning with company objectives.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for branch performance including budgeting and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive branch growth, customer retention, and new business.
• Establish relationships with customers and collaborate with outside sales to resolve issues and identify opportunities.
• Direct all branch manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Monitor EBITDA, gross margin, inventory turns, productivity, and cash flow.
