Qualifications

• Full P&L responsibility creating plans to improve profitability.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/warehousing management with P&L exposure.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility: review income statements, analyze variances, and plan corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales to support and manage customer relationships.
• Maintain a Safe Environment through company programs protecting partners.
• Oversee operations including staffing, production scheduling, reducing scrap, improving quality, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Customer Service, Engineering, and Accounting.
• Recruit, develop, and succession plan to positively affect retention.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity.
• Hands-on approach creating a team-oriented environment.
