Job summary

Lamons is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the assigned branch with accountability for profitability, manufacturing operations, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will develop strategies to drive growth, optimize operations, and ensure safety and quality across the branch.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, and build strong customer relationships while coordinating with corporate leadership to align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or equivalent; five-plus years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressive sales experience.
• Minimum three years of leadership/management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the branch aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility for branch performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and customer retention.
• Establish relationships with key customers and collaborate with outside sales.
• Direct branch manufacturing operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
• Monitor EBITDA, gross margin, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and lead branch personnel; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
• Review performance with leadership and provide forecasts and market insights.
