The role is full-time with a salary of $50,000+ annually, based on experience. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, process AP/AR, assist with payroll, and generate financial reports to support operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process customer invoices and monitor collections.
• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.
• Generate financial reports for ownership and management.
• Work closely with operations and leadership to support business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
