Harding Custom Homes in Rock Hill, SC / Charlotte, NC area is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Financial Coordinator to own our financial ecosystem in an in-person leadership role. You will manage payroll, reconciliations, and journal entries while partnering with leadership to shape financial strategy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, strong QuickBooks Online skills, and familiarity with construction software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online; adept at connecting software tools and reducing double data entry.
• Experience with construction platforms (JobTread, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct) is a huge plus.
• Confident with payroll tax administration, depreciation schedules, and month-end closes.
• Ability to translate complex financial numbers into plain-English guidance for owners and managers.
