Job summary

SMC, Ltd. is a global premium supplier to the medical market with locations worldwide. We are seeking Manufacturing Associates for all weekday shifts in Santa Rosa, CA, including Day (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Swing (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), and Grave (11:00 PM–7:30 AM).

Basic English communication skills required for effective collaboration and safety. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year in a production setting (preferably in assembly or medical manufacturing), and the ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment and experience in assembly and/or medical manufacturing preferred.
• The ability to understand, speak and read English and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be proficient in counting and math.

• Assist in assembly and production tasks in a medical manufacturing environment.
