Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a production assembler for the 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12 AM, M-F). The role involves assembling components, preparing medical parts, and following detailed work instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will monitor processes, record data, and maintain equipment and workspace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assembles components including sub-assemblies and complex parts according to instructions.
• Prepares and processes medical components for product lines.
• Works from process work instructions and test procedures, recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.
• Follows production build rates, schedules, and cycle times.
• Interfaces with manufacturing systems using computers or other devices as required.
• Uses tools including manual and power tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and cutting devices.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and ensures quality of own work.

What you will do:

• Under general supervision, assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components and complex components and all other related components to contribute to completion of a variety of products
• Prepare and process variety of medical components for assigned product lines
• Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements
• Follow production build rates, schedules and meet required cycle times
• Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required
• Uses a variety of tools that may include, but are not limited to: manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring and cutting devices
• Responsible for work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area
