Job summary

SMC, Ltd. is seeking Manufacturing Associates for all weekday shifts. Positions include Day (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Swing (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), and Grave (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) shifts in a production environment. Basic English and a high school diploma are required, with at least 1 year in production preferred.

Applicants should be self-starters with good counting and math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions. Salaries follow defined ranges and vary by experience and education.

SMC, Ltd. is a globally recognized premium supplier to the medical market with locations throughout the world. We are currently looking for Manufacturing Associates on all weekday shifts.

Shift Schedule

• Day: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Swing: Monday - Friday; 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Grave: Monday - Friday; 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements

• Basic English communication skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a production environment required. Experience in assembly and/or medical manufacturing preferred.
• The ability to understand, speak and read English and follow oral and written instructions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must be proficient in counting and math.
