Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Scientist to provide technical expertise to improve and maintain performance, efficiency and quality of manufacturing operations in a Florida-based setting.

The role plans sequences of operations, prepares specifications and operating instructions, documents scientific parameters, and conducts tests to ensure safety, control, and performance. It also devises solutions to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 3+ years of experience.
• Experience biology, chemistry, medical, or related science field.
• Must have strong technical writing skills.
• Experience working in an FDA regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans sequence of operations and prepares specifications and operating instructions.
• Specifies, documents, and monitors scientific parameters to ensure process safety, control, and performance.
• Conducts tests throughout production process.
• Devises solutions to resolve issues and make improvements.
