Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, in Kent, Washington, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support machine operators and a production team. The role involves maintenance, cleanup, yard work, warehouse tasks, and operating various equipment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with help). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with teammates.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurement concepts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and occasional up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated machine operator or production team in maintenance, clean-up, yard work, warehouse, and production tasks.
• Operate machinery such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, etc.
• Clean and maintain equipment and surrounding area; ensure safe operation during downtime.
• Assist with loading/unloading of trucks.
