Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Arizona is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. You will operate and maintain equipment, assist in loading/unloading, and help keep work areas clean and safe while meeting daily production targets.

We offer competitive base pay up to $20/hour based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a large CRH family of companies. High school diploma and safety procedures knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent or comparable education/experience.
• Requires pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be able to follow company safety procedures and attend weekly safety meetings.
• Must demonstrate lock out tag out procedures and keep key lock.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean-up machinery and conveyors, maintain surrounding area and keep equipment debris-free during downtime.
• Operate equipment such as hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklift, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, powered tractors or vehicles.
• Clean floors and pick up reusable scrap for salvage, transport trash and debris away from production areas.
• Operate a variety of hand tools.
• Assist in loading/unloading of trucks.
• Maintain, verify, and count product inventory.
• Other duties as assigned as needed.
